Caprea's production lines are manufactured in Marano Vicentino, Italy, by Pietroberto — a firm with over a century of experience designing dividers, rounders and proofing systems for the world's bakeries.

  • FDA 21 CFR 177.2470 and EEC-compliant food contact materials on all dough-contact drums.
  • Stainless and Teflon-coated dough hoppers rated for continuous industrial use.
  • Interchangeable pocket drums covering piece weights from 20g to 1200g.

From bench dividers to full multi-row bread plants, Caprea equipment is built and quality-checked at the same Marano Vicentino facility that has supplied bakeries since 1909 — not drop-shipped from a catalog.
